Returns Policy

-          All new and unused items returned before 60 days will receive a full credit

-          Returned items need to be received and inspected before credit memo is issued

-          Items returned after 60 days will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus shipping

-          All returns require an RMA number issued by David Wolfe Design, Inc.

Shipping

-          All orders are F.O.B. David Wolfe Design, Inc. Akron, Ohio

-          All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified

-          Orders can be shipped via other carriers using customer’s account number

-          Customer is responsible for shipping charges

-          International customers are responsible for any and all import duties and taxes

-          Orders picked up at David Wolfe Design will not incur shipping or handling charges
